LAN chatting made easy with BORGChat

BORGChat is a very interesting application that allows you to chat within your LAN Network. This is a time and cost saving software that, by setting a room and channel based chat (private and/or open) on a LAN, simplifies communication among colleagues and coworkers within different cubicle, floor and building locations.

Other features include message board and picture and/or file sending. You can also view the status of other computers (here, busy or away) and share files within your network. As to safety it also has functionality like "Ignore private messages/ all messages" and "Add to block list" (filtered messaging).
